The establishment
What we really like is the constant investments in the park to make it even better (new roads, charging station, midgetgolf). This was our 3rd time and I am pretty sure we will be back again. The staff is superfriendly and very helpfull.
A good tip would be to have more plates and glasses in the accommodation so that you don't have to use the dishwasher every day. Not sure if the "new" restaurant is a real improvement. It was okay but maybe we should get more used to it. We will see. Not every employee seems to enjoy his job.

The domaine is gorgeous - the houses are clean and cosy and very well equipped, the swimming pool and playing areas are really nice, the weekly Programme for children as well for adults is very diverse and interesting and the setting is perfect to explore the Ardèche region

good accommodation, relaxing, quiet, site well presented, area is great for walking and water sport activities
Wifi was poor (for web browsing / emails). not a significant issue during stay as I was able to tether to my phone instead.

Such a lovely park, very nice staff and a lot to do in the region. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would have loved to stay langer.
The restaurant could be better. Portions were small and French cuisine has so much more to offer!

Le cadre est magnifique, on est dans la nature, accueilli au son des cigales. L'équipe est très sympathique est toujours à notre écoute. La piscine est une des plus belles piscines que j'aie vu dans ce genre d'endroits. On s'est régalé et les enfants aussi.
Le wifi qui mériterait d'être un peu plus musclé. Même si on en profite pour faire une coupure pendant les vacances, Internet est quasiment nécessaire pour réserver certains visites ou activités (notamment la grotte Chauvet). Le restaurant, indépendant du Domaine, qui n'est pas vraiment adapté aux vacanciers, même si c'est très bon, on n'a pas toujours envie de manger gastronomique ou des pizzas.

Nous revenons chaque année en famille et entre copains à une dizaine de couples avec enfants et on se régale toujours autant. Chaque année le site propose des nouveautés comme le mini golf cette année et le site est très bien entretenu. Le restaurant a été repris cette année par une super équipe et rien à voir avec l’année dernière!! L’équipe du domaine est très sympathique et on se sent très bien dans ce domaine. Vivement l’année prochaine !!

Le personnel est sympathique, disponible et très professionnel. Un accueil personnalisé avec de gentilles attentions ( boisson locale, biscuits, savon, baume...) dans le chalet. L'équipe du restaurant est chaleureuse, attentive et le chef talentueux : des plats généreux, équilibrés, aux multiples saveurs. Nous nous sommes régalés à deux reprises et nous reviendrons avec bonheur.

Nous avons passé un super séjour et avons bien profiter de la belle piscine. Le personnel du camping est tres aimable et professionnel. Le service de livraison de pain et de vienoiseries le matin pour le petit déjeuner est une très bonne idée. Ce camping à taille humaine est vraiment calme et apaisant.
Le restaurant est un peu décevant car les prix sont assez élevés et la qualité n est pas toujours au rendez-vous.

Tout est au top : la disponibilité du personnel, les prestations du chalet (climatisation, qualité des matériaux, qualité de la literie), la piscine, les prestations Spa et massages.
Malheureusement notre séjour a été gâché par le bruit répété (presque tous les soirs de la semaine jusque tard 23h et une fois jusqu'à 1 heure du matin) des enfants anglais et hollandais irrespectueux du voisinage. Notre chalet était face à l'espace jeux.

Top : lit 160 et même le canapé lit est confortable. La climatisation qui marchait bien. L'équipement de la cuisine.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le service de livraison de pain le matin. Mais pour un 5*, il serait bien de proposer également un buffet de petit-déjeuner au restaurant. Le sauna (y compris le jacuzzi) ne peut être utilisé que contre un supplément et sur réservation préalable.
Nous avons été très déçus par la connexion WiFi, qui ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Le resort attend toujours le raccordement au câble des fournisseurs locaux. Nos 2 adolescents ne comprenaient pas du tout qu'il existe encore aujourd'hui des hôtels et des campings sans WiFi. C'est pourquoi le Domaine de Sevenier ne mérite certainement pas encore un 5* à l'heure actuelle.

Les chalets sont très bien aménagés, offrent suffisamment d'intimité et sont équipés de manière fonctionnelle.
Le mobilier n'atteint cependant pas le niveau 5*. Trop de meubles sont en plastique bon marché ou proviennent d'un grand magasin de meubles suédois.

Le logement est tés spacieux, et les ustensiles de cuisine de qualité. Le lave-vaisselle est un bon allié pour le confort en vacances… Le domaine est très calme, isolé sur une colline. La piscine est vraiment top! Plusieurs bassins. Le restaurant est très bon, les pizzas sont de recettes italiennes, rares dans ce genre d’endroit. Excellentes donc! Le personnel du domaine et du restaurant sont vraiment sympathique. Nous reviendrons! Belle découverte!

Le style d'hébergement qui vise à assurer l'intimité de chaque chalet dans un environnement naturel, l'accès aux activités diverses et la situation géographique qui permet de découvrir toutes les attractions de la région. Par ailleurs la gestion de la circulation des voitures à l'intérieur du domaine est très bien organisée et évite à la fois la pollution, le bruit.

Un très bel endroit
Un jardinier a tondu la pelouse (pourtant très rase) le dimanche de 10h du matin à 17h. Un bruit assourdissant pendant notre petit dej au ras de notre terrasse, à nouveau pendant la sieste et un bruit de fond incessant de tondeuse pendant que nous etions à la piscine. Nous avons découvert à 20 h que la bouteille de gaz de notre barbecue était vide. L accueil le lendelain m a dit sans un mot d excuse que nous aurions dû appeler le numero d urgence indiquée sur la porte du bureau mais il serait plus opportun que ce numero soit indiqué dans chaque bungalow et que vous fassiez votre travail

Toujours aussi agréable d’être dans votre domaine entre mais et famille!! On reviendra c est sure!!
Le restaurant a vraiment baissé de qualité depuis 2 ans et ça c est vraiment dommage autant pour la qualité du service que de la nourriture!

The establishment
Le cadre est magnifique et la taille humaine du domaine est très appréciable. La piscine est magnifique. La place centrale avec les barbecues et les jeux est très bien pour se retrouver mais les jeux ne sont pas adaptés pour les petits ce qui est dommage.
Le prix, je le trouve élevé au vu des prestations, nous avons pris l’option ménage fin de séjour mais nous devons tout de même enlever tous les draps, aller jeter les poubelles qui sont à l’autre bout du domaine, il n’y a que deux rouleaux de papier toilette etc… en gros les prestations ne sont pas hôtelières mais les prix oui. la plancha est difficile à nettoyer et très lourde.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, le domaine est très calme et le chalet est très comfortable.
La piscine n'est malheureusement pas aussi paisible que l'hébergement du notamment aux ballons et aux sauts (mais il n'y a pas de surveillance donc c'est plutôt la responsabilité des parents en cause).

Le canapé mérite d'être plus confortable.

Si je pouvais donner plus de cœur je le ferai. j'ai adoré l'accueil aussi bien avec le personnel qui a toujours le sourire ,que avec la propriétaire des lieux qui est très charmante, disponible, à l écoute .c est un lieu magique et familial ou chaque chose est bien pensée. tout est propre ,net .ce WE restera gravé dans nos coeurs et nos mémoires . malgré les difficultés de réunir tout le monde (43 personnes)ce fut simple car ils ont su comprendre mes attentes.enfin là bas,tout n est que du bonheur .... à refaire
Rien à dire.on ne peut que aimer.quelle chance d avoir un endroit merveilleux si près de chez moi

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, au calme en pleine nature. L’accueil est très sympathique. Avec les enfants, les activités sont vraiment super. Une adresse que nous retenons pour la prochaine fois c’est sur!

Die Ruhe, die Veranda am Häuschen, die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Region, der gepflegte Pool und natürlich die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter der Anlage
Dass die Sauna nur als Extra zu benutzen ist, das war etwas enttäuschend. Normalerweise kenne ich es aus dem Ausland bei anderen Ferienanlagen so,, dass die Sauna von den Gästen selbstverständlich genutzt werden kann ohne dass die Nutzung als extra zu bezahlendes Wellness verkauft wird und zwar mit Abrechnung von über 20 Euro pro Stunde. Für einen echten Saunisten ist das schon enttäuschend. Aber, geschenkt, im Sommer ist es dort so schön und warm, dass man auf die Sauna auch mal verzichten kann. Es soll auch nur eine Anregung sein und keine Kritik. Vielleicht ist das eben in Frankreich so.

Das Chalet war wirklich schön und die Klimaanlage prima, was bei dieser Hitze auch wichtig war. Alles war in Ordnung. Die Chalets stehen weit genug auseinander, so dass man seine Privatsphäre wahren kann. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung.

Het was weer geweldig. Mooi park, prima huisjes, aardige mensen, prima weer en een leuke omgeving.

Prima huisje, goede airco, alles netjes schoon.
Matrassen kunnen beter en te weinig borden, glazen, etc. waardoor je te vaak de vaatwasser aan moet zetten. Ook niet goed voor het milieu ;-).

As always a perfect stay and we will definitely return again ?? we love the region and Domaine Sevenier is a beautiful quiet place with fantastic service, very clean and tidy and every time we come back small improvements has been made.
