The establishment
What we really like is the constant investments in the park to make it even better (new roads, charging station, midgetgolf). This was our 3rd time and I am pretty sure we will be back again. The staff is superfriendly and very helpfull.
A good tip would be to have more plates and glasses in the accommodation so that you don't have to use the dishwasher every day. Not sure if the "new" restaurant is a real improvement. It was okay but maybe we should get more used to it. We will see. Not every employee seems to enjoy his job.

The domaine is gorgeous - the houses are clean and cosy and very well equipped, the swimming pool and playing areas are really nice, the weekly Programme for children as well for adults is very diverse and interesting and the setting is perfect to explore the Ardèche region

good accommodation, relaxing, quiet, site well presented, area is great for walking and water sport activities
Wifi was poor (for web browsing / emails). not a significant issue during stay as I was able to tether to my phone instead.

clean, tidy, comfortable, nice to stay in, good amenities in chalet and nice surroundings. air conditioning effective. great to eat breakfast out front watching butterflies visit the flowers.
not many power sockets, in particular in kitchen area, which was awkward at times.

Showerdoor did not close well, no insect screen in windows bedrooms, no damper for cooking, no second bathroom for children, bed children too hard (our daughter did not sleep well on it)

Such a lovely park, very nice staff and a lot to do in the region. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would have loved to stay langer.
The restaurant could be better. Portions were small and French cuisine has so much more to offer!

Le chalet était idéalement situé, très propre et la literie de bonne qualité. Les petites attentions à l'arrivée ont été très appréciées. Nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine chauffée en ce début octobre. Un vrai week end très réussi. Merci.

Nous avons bien apprécié l’accueil et notre séjour L'endroit, situé en pleine nature en dehors du monde de Vallon Pont d'arc et le confort du chalet. Le dépannage d'épicerie à l'accueil La piscine et ses transats Les chalets sont suffisamment espacés
Le spa était pris toute la semaine nous n'avons pas pu en profiter Belle vue sur la nature mais aussi sur le parking.... Vivement que les haies grandissent.

La terrasse vaste et spacieuse, bien équipée. La cuisine aussi bien équipée Le confort des lits. Les armoires de rangement. Le kit salle de bains et les surprises gourmandes à l'arrivée Parfait pour 2 personnes avec une chambre d'appoint pouf les rangements des valises
Le chalet est un peu sombre à l'intérieur. Un peu petit Pas de wifi et difficulté d'avoir du réseau

Mooi aangelegd park. Sfeervol. Vriendelijk personeel
Internet is niet betrouwbaar. Bedden.

Schoon. Alles meer dan voldoende aanwezig( bestek, servies etc). Compleet ingerichte keuken. Alles is erop gericht om je een fijne vakantie te geven. Schoon huis, welke heerlijk rook bij binnenkomst, net een spa. Compleet ( en mooi) buiten meubilair. Park mooi aangelegd.
Slechte wifi en iets minder fijn bed( erg hard en krakend).
