Thank you so much for a brilliant relaxing break. We stayed here for 1 week and were amazed at the welcome we got from Sophie herself, such personalised care and attention. The setting is idyllic and you instantly relax. The chalets are well equipped and well spaced out from others. The quiet and calm was heaven. The pool is wonderful and all the facilities. I treated myself to a massage and that too was lovely. We would come back for sure. Thank you so much for an incredible family holiday.

SUPER clean, modern campsite, not too crowded, quiet at night, great pool with lots of planned activities, good restaurant and bar. Internet weak but can work in business center which works well.

What we really like is the constant investments in the park to make it even better (new roads, charging station, midgetgolf). This was our 3rd time and I am pretty sure we will be back again. The staff is superfriendly and very helpfull.
A good tip would be to have more plates and glasses in the accommodation so that you don't have to use the dishwasher every day. Not sure if the "new" restaurant is a real improvement. It was okay but maybe we should get more used to it. We will see. Not every employee seems to enjoy his job.

The domaine is gorgeous - the houses are clean and cosy and very well equipped, the swimming pool and playing areas are really nice, the weekly Programme for children as well for adults is very diverse and interesting and the setting is perfect to explore the Ardèche region

good accommodation, relaxing, quiet, site well presented, area is great for walking and water sport activities
Wifi was poor (for web browsing / emails). not a significant issue during stay as I was able to tether to my phone instead.

clean, tidy, comfortable, nice to stay in, good amenities in chalet and nice surroundings. air conditioning effective. great to eat breakfast out front watching butterflies visit the flowers.
not many power sockets, in particular in kitchen area, which was awkward at times.

Situation géographique top, un domaine très bien entretenu, belle piscine, et surtout la qualité, l’écoute et la gentillesse des employés ( merci à votre équipe pour leur accueil)

Le calme, le cadre, l'endroit, le fait que le domaine soit "petit", le spa. Équipe disponible et réactive en cas de problème (clim pas fonctionnelle en pleine canicule)
Manque de quelques poubelles sur le domaine (aux jeux enfants par exemple)

Parfait pour une famille de 4, bien aménagé et assez spacieux.
La propreté du chalet, on s'attend à mieux pour un lieu 5*. Une idée d'aménagement sympa ça serait des moustiquaires sinon impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Le micro onde n'est pas top (on utilise pas mal en vacances) Manque peut être un peu de vaisselle pour éviter d'utiliser le lave vaisselle trop souvent.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen, entspannten Urlaub in dieser TOP-gepflegten Anlage. Das Chalet war super für uns und extrem sauber, das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Ruhe war fantastisch, der Pool war TOP-gepflegt, es gab für alle vielseitige Angebote und wir wären gerne länger gelieben!
Das Doppelbett und die Kinderbetten hätte etwas größer sein können. Gerade für unsere Kinder (11 und 13) waren die Betten zu schmal. Für den Preis des Premium Chalets hätten wir im Badezimmer und in der Toilette etwas mehr Comfort/Qualität erwartet. Das ist aber auch ein Jammern auf hohem Niveau!! :)
