Everything. Nice cabinns, good activities for kids and adults. Area well maintained. Very kind staff
You could add 'nationalities' to your sign up forms for activities so the kids who dont speak french know if there are other kids they can communicate with

Fantastic site, clean, lovely pool & restaurant, very friendly staff & lots of activities. Close to ardeche river for canoe etc

Overall there is a small intimate feeling wherever you go. Not a single place is too crowded. The staff in the reception, restaurant and cleaning are very helpfull and friendly. The pool is very nice and clean. The small slide is fun.
A few more activities for for children would be nice.

Nice complete chalet.
We rented towels for €11 per person. They did not get changed during our 2 week stay. A bit too expensive and we had to wash them ourselves.

Air conditioning (it was very very hot!) Clean pool and pool area (so pleased drinks and food not allowed - made it much nicer) Live music Breakfast delivery Friendly atmosphere
The water fountains weren’t working in the pools A lot of wasps on some days (not sure what you can really do about this) The shop could stock more things

Cool, comfy, lovely shower gel - had everything we needed. Loved it.
Maybe some mozzie nets on the doors and windows - but I’m being picky

Es ist eine wunderschöne kleine, nachhaltige Ferienanlage, überschaubar und ruhig gelegen. Es ist alles liebevoll: vom Personal, den Chalets, dem Pool, der Chillzone uvm.
Ferienprogramm/Angebote bis Ende der der deutschen Sommerferien anzubieten.

Lieu calme Domaine bien fleuri, très propre Personnels accueillant Livraison des viennoiseries au chalet appréciable Le domaine est bien situé niveau géographique (proche du vallon pont d’arc et des activités proches )

Manque un peu de quoi nettoyer le sol dans le chalet (aspirateur ou balai serpillière)

Très satisfaits de notre séjour au sein du domaine. L’équipe est très agréable. Nous avons appréciés de pouvoir arriver 3h plus tôt puisque le logement était près. Le logement est top, très propre.
Difficile d’accès jusqu’au logement (48) avec la voiture.

Logement très propre, spacieux. La terrasse bien couverte et ombragée est un point fort. Le peu de vis à vis avec les voisins est appréciable. Clim bien appréciée. C’est appréciable d’avoir une place de parking réservé par chalet.
Logement (48) en hauteur au bord du « vide », peut-être que ce serait plus prudent de sécuriser la partie qui donne sur le vide pour les enfants. Canapé pas très confortable. La porte de la chambre enfant se ferme mal.

Le cadre, peu d'animation, logements, piscine, restaurant, services, accueil, spa, espace
Parfois et selon l'heure à laquelle on arrive, il n'est pas possible de trouver un transat avec parasol ou plus de transats. Trop de bouées ou jeux dans la piscine
