Fantastic site, clean, lovely pool & restaurant, very friendly staff & lots of activities. Close to ardeche river for canoe etc

The establishment
Overall there is a small intimate feeling wherever you go. Not a single place is too crowded. The staff in the reception, restaurant and cleaning are very helpfull and friendly. The pool is very nice and clean. The small slide is fun.
A few more activities for for children would be nice.

Nice complete chalet.
We rented towels for €11 per person. They did not get changed during our 2 week stay. A bit too expensive and we had to wash them ourselves.

Air conditioning (it was very very hot!) Clean pool and pool area (so pleased drinks and food not allowed - made it much nicer) Live music Breakfast delivery Friendly atmosphere
The water fountains weren’t working in the pools A lot of wasps on some days (not sure what you can really do about this) The shop could stock more things

Cool, comfy, lovely shower gel - had everything we needed. Loved it.
Maybe some mozzie nets on the doors and windows - but I’m being picky

The establishment
I loved our cabin and the way it was located for maximum shade and lots of privacy. Reception were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The washing machines were of superior quality. We ate several times in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Overall a comfortable, well equipped cabin in a stunning location. We loved it!!

I loved everything about this place -the whole vibe, the entertainment, the cleanliness, the mini golf
it's not a dislike but perhaps some more child friendly food/snacks in the restaurant would be good.

The establishment
The site was superb, the chalet was brilliant, the weather perfect, butterflies fabulous , the restaurant great everybody so helpful, pool wonderful ( I cannot swim) but having swallows dipping with you and butterflies drinking from the periphery brilliant.

Superb chalet, great air con, everything worked just so good. Having a dishwasher was magic. Booked for a week and stayed a fortnight. Area around loverly. Ardeche gorges and wines to die for.

The establishment
We enjoyed our holidays very much, especially the great pool we sometimes used alone. We went swiming every day, which is possiblel, because it is heated even if the weather is not perfect. The surrounding is beautiful and the domaine too. It is a place with several holiday homes but it was never overcrowded and allways quiet. The staff is extremly nice and helpful.
The restaurant is (compared to German prices) expensive (besides the Pizza), but it is very delicisous and worth it.
