we stayed at Domaine the Sevenier for the 5th or 6th time, which says enough. Parc is even prettier than the previous times, plants have grown paths have been paved.

Lots of privacy Everything is there, Airco, dishwasher, good beds. Big veranda at 2 sides, so always a place to sit in or out of the sunlight.
There are actually 8 possible sleeping places, maybe the bed-bank in the living room could be replaced with a more comfortable couch ?

The lodges are well equipped and perfect for any length of stay. Grounds are superbly kept and the pool is simply delicious
The restaurant is badly run and the food needs improvement. The staff are argumentative

We were at Domaine de Sévenier for the second time this summer and had a wonderful holiday. Service and lication are amazing, we will definitely be returning in the couture.
Accommodation review
It's well equipped, lovely deck and very nice to have an airconditioner. Also the size of the childrens' bedroom is nice, big enough to play if they want to escape the heat for a while.
The bed was not that comfortable. Maybe the new mattress protection sheets should be reconsidered. They are quite hot and sweaty and noisy even turning in your sleep. Though we didn't find it necessary to complain at reception.

Très bonne infrastructure, personnel accueillant, piscine impeccable, espace bien-être original, bar et restaurant intégré, et petits services divers très utiles (épicerie, pains, fontaine à eau, etc...)
le tri des déchets mériterait quelques explications plus précises, quelques produits supplémentaires pourraient être ajouté en épicerie.

Pas de problème particulier. Des infos plus détaillées sur les aspects environnement pourraient utilement être données par écrit : tri des déchets, incitation à réduire la consommation d'eau et d'électricité, etc...

Cinq après y avoir passé notre premier séjour, nous n'avons pas été déçus de ce deuxième séjour au domaine de Sévenier. Sérénité, confort, services, activités à proximité, propreté, animations : tout est toujours aussi parfait. Nous avons remarqué les efforts d'amélioration, comme l'ajout du mini-golf. Bravo à toutes l'équipe, en particulier à l'équipe en charge des animations pour les enfants, qui a toujours le sourire et met toujours du cœur à l'ouvrage, même par temps de canicule !
Comme évoqué avec le conjoint de Sophie, la gérante, peut-être que la chill zone mériterait d'être transformée : un mur d'escalade, ce serait une bonne idée ! Le réseau WiFi mériterait d'être amélioré car la 4G est assez aléatoire, ce qui peut être embêtant. Quelques points d'accès relais modernes bien placés au niveau de quelques chalets devraient suffire à régler ça une bonne fois pour toute !

Notre chalet Micocoulier était très confortable : c'est parfait pour une famille de 4 personnes. Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec les jeux pour enfants, haut-lieu de rencontres pour les enfants, la grande terrasse, la climatisation en ces temps de canicule ou encore la proximité du barbecue.
Un distributeur de savon et de liquide vaisselle seraient appréciables dans la cuisine. Un couteau de cuisine de taille moyenne serait utile, voire un aiguiseur car le petit couteau fourni ne tranchait pas bien.

Een week op Domaine sevinier verbleven. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor een fijne vakantie in de Ardèche. Fijn welkom. Goed onderhouden terrein, lekker zwembad. Goede laadvoorziening voor de elektrische auto. Fijn dat er water getapt kan worden.
Weinig kans op spa behandelingen, alles was bijna vol, geen mogelijkheden om met meer dan één te boeken. Slechte wifi, nauwelijks ontvangst in de chalet en bij het zwembad wel ontvangst maar traag.

Goede uitrusting van het chalet. Airco en vaatwasser zijn prettig. Goede bedden. Heerlijke douchegel.

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable dans ce domaine à taille humaine, loin de l’agitation des grands complexes. Ici, pas de bruit incessant ni d’animations envahissantes : cadre paisible, propice à la détente. Un site plein de charme et authentique avec des bâtiments historiques rénovés. Les prestations sont de grande qualité : tout est soigné, propre et bien entretenu. L’équipe est formidable : disponible, souriante et toujours à l’écoute, elle a répondu avec bienveillance à chacune de nos demandes. Un endroit que nous recommandons vivement.
