We were at Domaine de Sévenier for the second time this summer and had a wonderful holiday. Service and lication are amazing, we will definitely be returning in the couture.

It's well equipped, lovely deck and very nice to have an airconditioner. Also the size of the childrens' bedroom is nice, big enough to play if they want to escape the heat for a while.
The bed was not that comfortable. Maybe the new mattress protection sheets should be reconsidered. They are quite hot and sweaty and noisy even turning in your sleep. Though we didn't find it necessary to complain at reception.

The establishment
Sophie and her team are friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The limited number of chalets, site layout, allocated parking and beautiful landscaping provide plenty of privacy but the pool, restaurant and variety of activities offered on site for both children and adults provide a relaxed social hub. The early morning fresh bread & pastry delivery service to the chalets is great.
A minor point but more and lower (child height) hooks in the chalet bathroom would be welcome.

Had one been available, we’d ideally have chosen a slightly larger chalet than the Micocoulier. However, living outside most of the time, the space was sufficient for our family of five with 14, 12 and 9-yr old children (when they were getting along with one another!).
A minor point but more and lower (child height) hooks in the chalet bathroom would be welcome.

Great balance between peaceful campsite and entertainment for children. Very helpful and friendly staff and the chalet was well maintained. The site has many facilities but remained in keeping with its natural surroundings.

L’accueil de la réception (même en cas d’arrivée tardive ;)), du restaurant ou du spa, tout le monde est très agréable. L’environnement est magnifique et super bien mis en valeur par les créateurs de ce camping. C’est beau et c’est très très propre. Les hébergements sont très confortables et spacieux. Les jardins sont grands. La piscine est grande, avec un liner très agréable et chauffée. Le restaurant est excellent et le service hyper chaleureux. Bref on ne pense qu’à revenir avec les enfants car il y a des aires de jeux parfaites pour eux!

Très confortables et spacieux. Bien orientés les uns par rapport aux autres pour garder de l’intimité. Le jardin est grand et équipé de mobilier pour en profiter. Les terrasses sont très agréables pour y déjeuner qu’il fasse soleil ou pluie .

L’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté et l’entretien du site, le calme du camping en générale ainsi que la propreté de la piscine. Le spa est également très agréable.
J’aime l’eau chaude et un petit degrés de plus dans la piscine serait bien mais 28 est une température idéale. Un peu plus de spectacles et où concert le soir.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans votre domaine. Votre domaine est très agréable et très bien entretenu bravo à votre équipe. Nous nous sommes sentis libres,sans contrainte (bracelet, horaires...) tout en étant en sécurité. De plus les activités proposées aux enfants sont de très bonnes qualités et également libres au niveau de la participation cela permet de garder une liberté dans le planning. Nous avons adoré la beauté de l endroit, la calme. Toutes les personnes de l équipe sont bienveillantes, prévenantes et toujours là pour répondre à toutes vos questions et vous satisfaire au mieux. Le chalet était top et il y avait tout e dont nous avions besoin. La piscine et la table de Siebel un petit bijou... Nous n avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de se faire un spa qui paraît juste fou au niveau des équipements et de la vue, c est pour cela que nous reviendrons. Merci

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement géographique du Domaine au sein de l'Ardèche, idéalement placé, ainsi que la volonté des propriétaires d'intégrer au mieux les lieux dans la nature environnante, ce qui est à nos yeux véritablement réussi. Nous avons aimé la courtoisie, la discrétion et le professionnalisme du personnel du Domaine lors de notre séjour. Nous avons aimé les prestations du Spa et nous remercions vivement Agathe et Manon pour leur délicatesse et leur prévenance lors de nos séances de soin. Nous avons aimé le restaurant qui propose un service et des plats de haute qualité.
Pas de linge de toilette ni de tapis de bain. Nous avons bien compris qu'il s'agit d'une option à ajouter ou non selon le chalet réservé mais nous pensons que ce serait un plus pour les visiteurs du Domaine d'avoir le linge de toilette inclus directement quelle que soit la réservation.
Accommodation review
En premier lieu, l'emplacement, au calme et en pleine nature. La terrasse est très agréable, les lieux sont propres et en ordre, la literie est de bonne qualité.
Nous pensons que l'unité de climatisation aurait dû être placée différemment dans le chalet. En l'état actuel, la pièce principale est rafraîchie au détriment des chambres.

Camping très propre et très bien entretenu. Les espaces verts également. 2 espaces de jeux en extérieur pour les enfants tops, un bel espace BBQ en libre service. Le Spa est un lieu de détente superbe avec une belle tisanerie et une énorme douche. Une vue magnifique surplombe la région dans le sauna. Le jacuzzi est à tombé. Très jolie prestation.
Prévoir une meilleure connexion wifi et un forfait télévision aurai été un très gros plus. Fin octobre, nuit plus tôt, on rentre plus tôt de balade et du coup on est plus tôt dans le chalet car il fait plus frais. Même 20€ la semaine, on la prenait. Gros point noir à ce niveau. Le restaurant en gérance pas très pratique non plus. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir aller boire un café au bord de la piscine

Très joli chalet, avec des rangements dans les chambres, une belle terrasse couverte, une grande baie vitrée lumineuse, un coin cuisine petit mais efficace très bien équipée en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine. La literie est très confortable pour le lit 2 places comme les lits 1 places.

Le domaine est très beau aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. La party SPA est bien intégrée dans l'espace naturel qui donne un côté zen avec un très bon niveau d'équipement . Séjour très reposant avec de belles randos dans les proches environs.

Le domaine est très agréable, propre et calme. Les photos du site reflète tout à fait la réalité. L'ensemble du personnel est très sympathique, merci aux filles de l'accueil pour leurs gentillesses Nous recommandons cet endroit et nous y reviendrons.
Le restaurant n'est pas à l'image du domaine, on y mange bien, mais c'est simple et les prix sont élevés, à ce tarif on s'attend à une cuisine plus bistronomique. Les pizzas sont très bonnes.

l'accueil, les services, le fait de ne pas payer de caution rend plus serein, la gentillesse de tout le personnel, le chalet est très bien équipé (cafetière, grille pain, etc), très spatieux, la grande terrasse couverte est très agréable (surtout vu les orages que nous avons eu...), le chalet est vraiment super on y était très bien !!! l'environnement très arboré et végétalisé est un vrai bonheur!! tout était top.
la literie est peut-être à revoir... surtout les oreillers. Le revêtement du canapé (simili cuir?) n'est pas très agréable nous ne l'avons du coup pas utilisé. L'accueil du bar nous a à peine déçu. (exemple : Une grande carte de cocktail est affichée dehors mais lorsque nous avons souhaité en profiter on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de cocktail ce jour car trop compliqué car la personne était seule et débordée, plusieurs petites choses de ce genre...), L'ouverture de la piscine à peine tard dans la matinée.

literie (mal de dos avec Matelas, et surtout les oreiller qui n'étaient pas trop top...), revêtement du canapé, peut-être un micro-onde avec grill (au pays du fromage de chèvre, grosse frustration de ne pas pouvoir déguster des bons chèvres chauds :) !), ménage de la SDB (quelques cheveux autour du lavabo). Mais ce ne sont que des petites remarques car on me le demande, mais sinon c'était vraiment super !!! :)

un peu plus bruyant que nos séjours précédents (davantage d'enfants et ados) avec moins de respect au niveau de la piscine : transats réservés avec les serviettes...sans clients, gouters/boissons sur les transats, ballons et jeu de raquettes à la pataugeoire

Parfait ! Avec des enfants, c'est vraiment un lieu enchanteur pr petits et grands (piscine, activités enfants très sympa avec des animatrices au top, rencontres et copinage pr les enfants, lieux calmes où se poser, ambiance calme le soir, spa privatif, gentillesse et serviabilité du personnel,...)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil.. la jeune fille était super gentille et très prévenante. Le cadre est très beau.. très jolie piscine. Le chalet que nous avons eu était très confortable avec une décoration soignée.

Le camping se situe dans un cadre exceptionnel, le paysage est magnifique, il est superbement bien entretenu, les arbres en fleurs ... Le personnel à l'accueil très chaleureux, l'espace SPA est vraiment top, les jeunes filles très pro, à l'écoute et très douces. Le resto très sympa aussi, au petit soin On reviendra c'est certain.

Die kurzen Wege zum Spielplatz, Pool oder Auto. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön mit Pflanzen angelegt.
Unverständlich war die Müllsortierung bei den Containern. Eine Besichtigung vor Ort an den Containern wäre hilfreich. Das Bestellen von Frühstück, sollte für mehrere Tage möglich sein und nicht nur für den Folgetag.

Das Chalet hatte alles, was wir benötigten. Die Klimaanlage war zwingend notwendig, da wir 10 Tage nie unter 34 Grad hatten. Das Chalet war gepflegt und sauber. Die Terrasse und den kleinen Garten haben die Kinder ausgiebig genutzt. Wir waren froh, dass wir so viel Platz zur Verfügung hätten.

De relatief kleine camping zorgde voor een mooie rustige vakantie. Geen massa publiek, wat erg fijn was overdag in het zwembad. In de avond was er geen geluidsoverlast. Bijna elka dag was er een prima entertainment programma. Het restaurant is zeker aan te bevelen voor een snack, lunch of diner.
Eigenlijk waren er geen punten die ons niet beviel.

De huisjes waren mooi ruim opgezet, zodat je niet meteen bij de buren naar binnen kijkt. Alles was er aanwezig in het huisje wat nodig was.

We zijn voor de 5e keer op dit park geweest, en het voelt elke keer als thuis komen. Het personeel is super vriendelijk, proberen het in alles naar je zin te maken. Het park is netjes onderhouden en schoon. Mooi zwembad en spa. De ligging is ideaal, vlak bij de Pont dÁrc, en de Gorges de l'Ardeche maar wel weg van de toeristische drukte. Absoluut een aanrader !
Wifi is zeker wat verder van het centrum niet goed, maar wie wil nou internetten midden in de Ardeche ? Ik vind de prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding van het restaurant (andere eigenaar dan het park zelf) net wat minder dan de rest van de voorzieningen.

Prima huisje, met alle voorzieningen als airco en vaatwasser. Prima onderhouden. Meer dan groot genoeg voor bijvoorbeeld een gezin met 2 kinderen.
Bedden zouden wat groter mogen. Geen televisie, maar die hebben we absoluut niet gemist.
