The establishment
I loved our cabin and the way it was located for maximum shade and lots of privacy. Reception were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The washing machines were of superior quality. We ate several times in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Overall a comfortable, well equipped cabin in a stunning location. We loved it!!

The staff were so friendly. I had an amazing massage possibly the best I’ve ever had. The site was clean and well equipped. Everyone we met was friendly and relaxed. I cried when I left I was so sad our holiday had ended.

The establishment
What we really like is the constant investments in the park to make it even better (new roads, charging station, midgetgolf). This was our 3rd time and I am pretty sure we will be back again. The staff is superfriendly and very helpfull.
A good tip would be to have more plates and glasses in the accommodation so that you don't have to use the dishwasher every day. Not sure if the "new" restaurant is a real improvement. It was okay but maybe we should get more used to it. We will see. Not every employee seems to enjoy his job.

Beautiful setting, lovely reception. The chalet was very cute, very clean as was the whole domaine. Pool was excellent and the little touches (breakfast delivery) and additional activities on offer were great. We only wished we had booked for longer.
Not really. Wifi signal could have been better but that’s about it.

Very nice stay in an amazing environment. The park is great and quite and the pool amazing.
The food in the restaurant could be better and the ice cream is very expensive

We were at Domaine de Sévenier for the second time this summer and had a wonderful holiday. Service and lication are amazing, we will definitely be returning in the couture.
Accommodation review
It's well equipped, lovely deck and very nice to have an airconditioner. Also the size of the childrens' bedroom is nice, big enough to play if they want to escape the heat for a while.
The bed was not that comfortable. Maybe the new mattress protection sheets should be reconsidered. They are quite hot and sweaty and noisy even turning in your sleep. Though we didn't find it necessary to complain at reception.

I loved everything about this place -the whole vibe, the entertainment, the cleanliness, the mini golf
it's not a dislike but perhaps some more child friendly food/snacks in the restaurant would be good.

The establishment
We have been coming for many years and plan to continue to do so. The site has everything we need, is extremely well maintained, the staff are kind and attentive, the location is perfect for our requirements and the choice of entertainment/activities of a high quality and catering to a variety of ages/tastes.
The restaurant should cater more for the family. The food is high quality and very well presented, but probably too "gourmet" for younger children/teenagers. It is also too expensive to eat regularly. If the menu included a couple more simple dishes (pastas/salads) and reducing pricing slightly would ensure more regular usage. I'm also glad that the restaurant have returned to offering a takeaway option which has been fantastic for both lunch and dinner.

The domaine is gorgeous - the houses are clean and cosy and very well equipped, the swimming pool and playing areas are really nice, the weekly Programme for children as well for adults is very diverse and interesting and the setting is perfect to explore the Ardèche region
