We absolutely enjoyed our time at the site, with plenty to do. Staff were all fantastic, and even though the language was a bit of a barrier at times, everyone tried and we got on fine. Special kudos goes to Mika who went the extra mile. The site is immaculately clean, maintained and landscaped to a very high standard, life guards who do not tolerate messing, it's hilly with stunning views. A little train takes you around the site. I would also recommend touring in the region. Such relaxing holiday, we didn't want to come home. Thank you. (BMCG Family)
Accommodation review
A spacious and luxurious mobile with all the mod-appliances inside and out. Well situated within a short walk of the shop, and pool area. The spa was great to sit in on an evening. We were there in low season, which meant no queuing for the slides. We had one or two minor issues and when reported were fix very quickly and efficiently.
Some shops not open due to it being low season, which is understandable.

Zeer vriendelijk, schoon, Veilig, veel faciliteiten, goede service, mega waterpark.
Wij hadden geluk dat we beneden een huisje hadden en overal dichtbij zaten. Als je bovenaan ligt is er een treintje maar toch wat minder praktisch lijkt me. Echt hele stijle paden dan.

Schoon, Jacuzzi gaf echt meerwaarde! Ruim terras, veel privacy achter. Ondanks grote camping erg rustig. Goede airco. Fijne douches, genoeg ruimte en keuken voorzien van de nodige benodigdheden. Zelfs buiten nog een grote bakplaat!! Echt top!!

Erg mooi verblijf met een spa. Het was bij aankomst schoon. Leuke camping, veel te doen. Super zwembad. Restaurants zijn erg goed.
Geen aparte schoonmaakkosten, schoonmaak zou in de prijs moeten zitten. Voor de animatie zou een voetbaltoernooi voor de jongere kinderen een aanrader zijn. Mijn zoon durft niet te voetballen met oudere kinderen omdat zij te hard schieten. Er was wel voetbal voor kinderen van 12 tot 18 maar niet iets alleen voor de jongere kinderen. Zou handig zijn om het restaurant online te kunnen reserveren, net zoals de pizzeria (we hebben er 2x gegeten en er was alsnog plek).

Erg mooi en schoon. Aanrader om te boeken.
Schoonmaakkosten zouden geen losse optie moeten zijn maar standaard in de prijs moeten zijn. Huisje was niet om 4 uur beschikbaar op de aankomstdag.

Schoon, genoeg entertainment, activiteiten voor een leuke prijs, snel reactie op gemelde storing, vriendelijk personeel. Wij hebben met voorkeur geboekt in zone D, hier hadden we ruime plaatsen met veel privacy. In andere zones stonden de caravans naar ons idee wel erg dicht op elkaar.
mega slecht WIFI (eigenlijk zo goed als niet). Gezien hetgeen je betaald (wij hadden een luxe accommodatie met jacuzzi voor 6 personen is het eigenlijk raar dat er maar WIFI voor 1 apparaat bij de prijs in zit. Voor €30 kun je voor 4 apparaten WIFi bijkopen. Wij hebben dit gedaan, maar WIFI werkte 90% van de tijd helemaal niet!! Je zou voor het aantal personen waar je mee reist ook WIFi erbij moeten krijgen. Daarnaast was het soms erg lastig om een parkeerplaats te vinden door de drukte op de camping.

grote accommodatie, schoon, mooi groot terras, fijne buitenkeuken. Paar x iemand gezien voor controle jacuzzi.
jacuzzi kwam niet altijd goed op temperatuur.

Grote hoogteverschillen, treintje regelmatig volzet. Best niet toekomen op zaterdagavond, 40min staan aanschuiven om in te checken

Personnel très aimable et qui répond avec une grande rapidité à nos sollicitations. Le village est idéal une famille avec des enfants et quelque que soit leurs âges et ceci au niveau des animations proposées. Le village contient tout ce qui est nécessaire pour y passer un excellent séjour (boulangerie, superette, restaurants, pizza à emporter etc...). De plus, un supermarché est tout proche du village.
Il est exacte que le dénivelé est important et ceci peut poser des problèmes pour des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite, d'autant plus que pendant notre séjour le petit train avait des passages pas assez fréquents. L'animation de fin juin et début juillet n'était pas top, presque exclusivement de la musique pour jeunes et très peu de spectacle divertissant.
Accommodation review
L'hébergement était excellent, en ce qui nous concerne, emplacement sans aucun vis à vis, spa très agréable et utile. Notre situation près des piscines et des toboggans et de la salle de spectacle était indispensable au regard de la surface du village.
Je n'ai pas retrouvé une ambiance camping, en particulier au niveau des soirées et des jeux piscines
