The site had excellent facilities.
The entertainment was too loud and too late at night. Our children struggled to sleep.

The kitchen was well supplied. Shower had good water pressure.
The pillows were very uncomfortable!

The plase is beautiful with flowers and views over the valley. The animators (Oreo, Leo, Sarah) in kids club were amazing and our girl (6y) enjoed it.
Our son went to activity that was sold (16€) to us as a laser game. It was jelly shooting and our son was badly bruised and hurt by another guest. The rule was to shoot from 5 meters with one gun and he shot with two guns from one meter. It was just chaos as there was no game director. It was not safe or fun. At the pools therw were kids jumping in the pool in a narrow place (lazy river). There were signs saying that they are not responsible for the safety of children and it felt that way.

The bed was fine and the ac worked.
Our toilet broke and water went to bedroom. There was also problems with sinks drainage.

Beautifull surroundings, nice friendly staff. The accomodation is clean, We were happy we choice a spot some accomodations are rally close to the other one.
The toilets at the swimmingpool. Some more cleaning on hot days you can smell the urine at the swimmingpool

L accueil le jour de notre arrivée. Le petit train qui nous a emmené au marché du village.

Le camping est incroyable, la réception est très réceptive pour communiquer par mail avant et pendant le séjour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la prévision de dédommagement dû à la panne d’électricité du 5 août car cela a été contraignant, notamment pour la nourriture stockée dans le frigidaire, d’ailleurs quand allons nous avoir des nouvelles de ce dédommagement svp? Nous avons adoré notre séjour 🤩

Alles was top, wel veel berg op en berg af, maar de gezelligheid maakte dat goed
De animatie, en dan met name de mini disco, deze was erg slecht vergeleken met 4 jaar geleden. De jongeman met de microfoon schreeuwde steeds door de liedjes heen, ze begonnen te laat en hij praat zo veel dat ze maar 2 onbekende liedjes deden. De meeste kinderen zijn Nederlands en verstonden niks van wat er gezegd werd. Ik ben zelf teamleider van animatie in nl en echt dit moet echt verbeterd worden.

Camping très sympa, parc aquatique génial pour les enfants, beaucoup d'activités sur place.

Le confort de la literie étant une personne de 125 kilos.
