The site had excellent facilities.
The entertainment was too loud and too late at night. Our children struggled to sleep.

The kitchen was well supplied. Shower had good water pressure.
The pillows were very uncomfortable!

The plase is beautiful with flowers and views over the valley. The animators (Oreo, Leo, Sarah) in kids club were amazing and our girl (6y) enjoed it.
Our son went to activity that was sold (16€) to us as a laser game. It was jelly shooting and our son was badly bruised and hurt by another guest. The rule was to shoot from 5 meters with one gun and he shot with two guns from one meter. It was just chaos as there was no game director. It was not safe or fun. At the pools therw were kids jumping in the pool in a narrow place (lazy river). There were signs saying that they are not responsible for the safety of children and it felt that way.
Accommodation review
The bed was fine and the ac worked.
Our toilet broke and water went to bedroom. There was also problems with sinks drainage.

Beautifull surroundings, nice friendly staff. The accomodation is clean, We were happy we choice a spot some accomodations are rally close to the other one.
The toilets at the swimmingpool. Some more cleaning on hot days you can smell the urine at the swimmingpool

L'espace aquatique,le petit train,la réactivité de l'accueil et les 2 scènes La beauté du paysage Tyrolienne et saut jump Cool
*les gens qui se baignent tout habillé a l'espace piscine ou en slip !! *La diversité des animations pas à la hauteur (2 fois soirée mousse,2 fois lotos....) *La sécurité qui laisse à désirer au City la nuit ... beaucoup d'embrouille *Pas assez de chaises pour s'asseoir le soir à la grande scène *Manque d'animation : pas de tournoi de carte,pas de colors run.... *Club enfants et ados : il faut séparer les groupes 5/12 ans il y a trop d'écart. Les ados ne font pas grand chose a part des échanges autour de la piscine

Mooie en leuke camping... de animatie voor de kinderen weinig tot niet gezien.

Prima huisje, of het scheef staan na, prachtig uitzicht ook.
Was niet heel schoon, en de huisjes staan scheef hierdoor lig je ook scheef ik bed wat niet fijn is.

Le logement bungalow pas très propre a l arriver

Toile d araignée un peu partout le nettoyage pas fini à notre arriver car il y avais encor le linge sale des précédentes personnes sur la table de la terrasse et logement petit.
