The site had excellent facilities.
The entertainment was too loud and too late at night. Our children struggled to sleep.

The kitchen was well supplied. Shower had good water pressure.
The pillows were very uncomfortable!

The plase is beautiful with flowers and views over the valley. The animators (Oreo, Leo, Sarah) in kids club were amazing and our girl (6y) enjoed it.
Our son went to activity that was sold (16€) to us as a laser game. It was jelly shooting and our son was badly bruised and hurt by another guest. The rule was to shoot from 5 meters with one gun and he shot with two guns from one meter. It was just chaos as there was no game director. It was not safe or fun. At the pools therw were kids jumping in the pool in a narrow place (lazy river). There were signs saying that they are not responsible for the safety of children and it felt that way.
Accommodation review
The bed was fine and the ac worked.
Our toilet broke and water went to bedroom. There was also problems with sinks drainage.

Beautifull surroundings, nice friendly staff. The accomodation is clean, We were happy we choice a spot some accomodations are rally close to the other one.
The toilets at the swimmingpool. Some more cleaning on hot days you can smell the urine at the swimmingpool

We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad, Plots geen warm water. Een uur na melding stonden ze er al. Uitstekende service.

Zeer slechte WiFi wat je dan ook nog extra bij koopt voor meer toestellen.

Het park biedt veel faciliteiten en voelt ondanks de grote niet heel massaal aan.
Gezien het aantal Hollanders zou een klein beetje Nederlandstalige animatie voor de jeugd wel wenselijk zijn. Ook voor de volwassenen is een stukje Engels wel welkom. Daarnaast deed de betaalde WiFi het niet en reed de trein een ochtend niet. Dat de trein niet rijdt is niet zo erg maar zet het dan in de app (zoals dit ook gebeurt als er iets anders gesloten is) zodat er niet heel de ochtend bij iedere halte mensen staan te wachten.

Mooi uitzicht. Zaten bovenin sectie H en keken over heel de camping uit.
Persoonlijk vind ik wat meer contact met de buren wel fijn maar de plaatsen waren door de hoge heg volledig van elkaar afgesloten.

Literie trop dure, bungalow trop loin de la piscine et de la grande scène avec des jeunes enfants, trop d’activités en supplément
