Safari tent was missing some key bits that were not replaced also could have done with a better clean. Super plot for tent but loads of weeds and needs a tidy.. not quite 5 star

Its expansive and had a great position and views you couldnt get enough of.
Not clean enough, untidy plot, tent had broken ties to hold up window and doors.

The pool was brilliant. The lifeguards were superb, helpful and friendly. We had a small medical incident which they helped with In a brilliant and professional way.
The entertainment at the main stage left a lot to be desired especially for kids. There was no entertainment 2 nights and the other nights consisted of 3 dances and a picture with a mascot. For reference we stayed in Sanguli in Spain 2 years ago in May and the kids entertainment was very good and lasted a lot longer. To have 7 different days of entertainment repeated every 7 days would not be too difficult? The adult entertainment really didn't interest us here either. I appreciate it is set for mainly French people so I am not going to complain about it. Please improve the kids time.

It is a great space.
It is very very hot during the day in this accommodation. We bought one fan for 20e in the shop which improved the situation. Maybe each lodge could have one provided and the ability to rent another (at a more reasonable price) should be considered.

Le camping en lui même, la piscine les tobogans, les sanitaires impeccables, les animations tres sympas, nous logions dans une grande tente lodge, vraiment très bien
notre lodge, payée au prix fort, était situé a coté d'emplacements nus ou il y avait pas mal de jeunes et personnes très très bruyantes (apéro corsés, discussions jusque 3 h du matin, bagarres entre jeunes etc) et à proximité de la supérette. ca été comme cela tous les soirs pendant une semaine sans exception. Donc quand le calme commençait (vers 3-4h du matin) les camions commençaient leur livraisons de la supérette (parfois à partir de 4h du matin) ou les camions poubelles. C'est bien simple, nous n'avons pas dormi de la semaine.

L'espace aquatique est parfait pour les enfants (et les parents), les différentes installations (pumptrack, terrains de pétanque, châteaux gonflables, parcours dans les arbres...) sont le paradis des enfants. Les pizzas sont très bonnes et la livraison à l'emplacement très pratique. Le logement (tente 8 personnes) était très bien situé, bien équipé et au calme. Appli ciela très pratique. Équipe technique très réactive en cas de soucis. Équipe de l'accueil très sympathique. Bref un séjour parfait pour les enfants, les ados et les parents.
Le camping est très grand et vallonné ! Il ne faut rien oublier à l'emplacement avant d'aller à la piscine ou autre.

Vacances depuis 8 ans avec ma grande famille, plaisir de retrouver un bel endroit qui évolue chaque année
Le support a été relativement difficile plus de 5 jours pour la résolution de problèmes. Il faudrait pouvoir avoir un suivi, savoir que le problème a bien été pris en compte et savoir quand cela va être résolu

Enlever le frigo de son logement afin de pouvoir refroidir convenablement, avoir une séparation a l'étage entre les 4 lits

On a passé un super week-end entres amis au Pommier ! Les enfants comme les parents ont passé de très bons moments. Trop court malheureusement pour profiter de toutes les installations.
L'espace aquatique ferme trop tôt de même que l'épicerie qui ferme à 13h jusqu'à 17h.

Confortable, bien équipée. Terrasse très agréable avec son coin canapé.
La barre sous la table extérieure : on s'y prend les pieds systématiquement. Suggestion : plantation de menthe dans les très belles plantations 😉

le camping en lui meme est vraiment genial avec un super parc aquatique et beaucoup d'animation
les tentes lodge sont tres mal isolé , on a eu super froid la nuit et on entendait tous les voisins avec des gens qui hurlaient jusqu a 3h du mat
