The establishment
Excellent hard working hosts. Fresh croissants, Bread and coffee each morning and nice family menu for the evening if required. Safari lodge perfect for our needs. Our family members with children enjoyed camping on a pitch close by. Peaceful site and great base for exploring the region.
Accommodation review
Clean tidy and suited our needs well as other family members stayed onsite on another pitch. They joined us for some family meals around the table on the lodge veranda in the evening.

- nearby river, walking distance - tasty and affordable food in restaurant - friendly and helpful staff - quite and friendly atmosphere - lots of shadow in the heat of summer - games for free for the kids We definitely want to visit this place again.

Camping très calme et proche des gorges de l'Ardèche. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et le restaurant est parfait !

Lodge très bien équipé et confortable. Les habitations permettent de garder son intimité car par trop proches les unes des autres.

The establishment
Nous avons adoré ce camping, nous cherchions du calme, de la nature, des randonnées à proximité, nous avons trouvé tout ça au-dela de nos espérances ! Le camping est en pleine nature, isolé, les emplacements sont espacés, les occupants sont calmes, un vrai bonheur ! Le lieu est un petit paradis encore conservé, et les gérants sont à l'écoute et très accueillants. Il est situé au cœur des gorges avec accès à la plage (avec une petite marche qui met en jambe), et avec de magnifiques randonnées autour. Nous y retournerons l'année prochaine !

Le confort (le luxe !) Et l'espace à l'intérieur, Le fait d'avoir un grand espace autour et de ne pas avoir de vis à vis.
Il est difficile d'aérer la tente quand il fait chaud car les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas complètement. Il faudrait aussi prévoir un petit escabeau dans les tentes car ça demande un peu d'acrobatie pour ouvrir et fermer le volet extérieur !

Die Lages des Campingplatzes war perfekt für alle Ausflugsziele entlang der Ardeche. Der Empfang war herzlich.

Die Safari Lodge MAIA lag in einem Wäldchen am Rand des Campingplatzes. Nachts hörten wir eine Eule rufen. Tagsüber spendete das Wäldchen Schatten.

Die Ruhe und ganz besondere Atmosphäre im Naturreservat bieten eine Erholung die ihres gleichen sucht. Viel Abenteuer und Sightseeing, wenn man denn möchte und auch kulinarisch ist man hier bestens untergebracht.

Accommodation review
Diese Lodge zeichnet sich nochmal dadurch aus, dass sie nahezu das letzte Zelt am Platz ist und man auch extra viel Privatsphäre hat. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und man kann sich in kürzester Zeit zu hause fühlen. Zelten mit eigenem Sanitärbereich ist für mich der Gipfel vom Luxus und auch die Küche bietet eigentlich alle möglichkeiten, wenn man das denn im Urlaub möchte.
