Very friendly staff, beautiful place directly at the Ardeche with a nice little beach.

We could choosr a pitch by ourselfes and found a nice big pitch for our campervan. The van was to big for a pitch directly at the beach, but it was stimm very nice und comfy.

Lovely environment! Nice water in the Ardeche. Good restaurant. Nice bands at the bar.
The busses that had their engine on because of the airco for the canoers. That made a lot of noise and the smell of diesel was not nice. On another place on the camping, in the middle it was better.

The establishment
The canooing trip was very crowded but also very beautiful. The camping was also very cosy
There was no hot water to be found anywhere on the camping.

The accomodation was very nice. We had a lot of shadow during the day, which made camping with a tent pleasant.
The music from the bar, connected to the camping, was very loud at late hours.

Nice campsite not far from Vallon Pont d'arc, but still quietly located on the banks of the Ardeche. Friendly management, very helpful

+ Sehr freundlicher Empfang + Sanitäranlagen simpel aber regelmäßig gereinigt + Kanutouren direkt vom Campingplatz oder zum Campingplatz buchbar + Baguettes zum Frühstück bestellbar Da wir uns ansonsten selbst verpflegt haben, kann ich zur Verpflegung nichts sagen.

The restaurant was good - great staff, g99d selection of food, reasonably priced
Waited 30mins at reception after being told he would be 5 mins. A less-than-friendly welcome. Offered no information about other services (eg needing to book breakfast the night before). Showers were untidy, no soap or toilet paper in the toilets, no handbasin in women's toilets, no hand sanitizer in the dispenser next to the sign asking people to use it

We had rhe smallest tent in the camp and were given a site the furtherest from the bathrooms and on a site that included only a small patch of usable space - the rest was stony and on a slope or tree roots. This is despite many other empty pitches in the rest of the camp. We moved our tent at midnight after repeated disturbances from campers having beach fires and searching for wood around our tent. We are cycle touring and have rated all other accommodation 8-10 out of 10 over the last 2 months. This places is by far the worst we have experienced.

The establishment
We spent 3 nights at the end of June and enjoyed the tranquility on the campground. We also booked a kanutour at the camp. It was such a breathtaking, wonderful experience to paddle down the canyon. The staff was always very friendly and helpfull. We highly recommend this place.
We missed a cold shower. The one we used had only one temperature. And that was warm…
Accommodation review
Our pitch was beautifully situated under the trees (shade) with an easy access to the river. It was ideal for swimming. The water is cristal clear and refreshing.
