Nice personal campsite, good pool, nice restaurant.
Very noisy at night due to entertainment. Disappointed that reception opened too late to apply for refund on barrier fob, although still hoping to receive refund.

Very friendly staff, well kept campsite, sanitary blocks cleaned regularly, live music was very good, entertainment low key, location of the campsite, beach and next to the river.
Unfortunately we had a pitch near to the animation of the the campsite next door so it was a bit noisy in the evening but quiet from 11pm. As we were near to the edge of the campsite we also had traffic noise which started early in the morning with the refuge truck coming around 3.30am and again at 7am. Choose your pitch carefully.

Good sized pitch with 10a electricity.
Nowhere obvious to empty waste water, water tap very slow to fill the water butt and stopped working so we had to use the laundry room tap.

Great location for exploring the beautiful Ardeche region. Restaurant was excellent value and quality. Private beach was great for swimming. We had a pitch overlooking the river which was an added bonus (would recommend anyone to ask for this). The big shower block was clean and there were no queues. Pool was nice with plenty of loungers, though did get really busy especially in the afternoons. Tiny shop on site great for freshly-baked bread but another little supermarket just 2 mins walk. Variety of entertainment including a couple of excellent bands.
Small sanitary block needs more frequent cleaning. You have to take your own toilet paper. Entertainment finished quite late (11 or 11.30), but campsite really quiet until 8-9 am so fine for kids who can adjust their body clock or sleep through anything (ours did!).

The people in the campsite were really kind and helpful.
We would like to have free WIFI all over the campsite. We do not mind paying for it in the total price. We would like to have toilet paper and hand soap in the toilets.

Very difficult to get the caravan around the corner at the beginning of the "road" and very difficult to park the car due to the houses/cars on the other side of the road

General information
Although we had a private beach it was very loud with parties having fun into the early hours by the river, so if you have small children or value peace and quiet, don't camp too close to the river.
