The _Camping le Clapas_ is a small camping (85 pitches) in a exceptional location for families and nature lovers. On the right bank of the river, in the village of Salavas, in front of Vallon Pont d'Arc, Le Clapas is installed along the water at the entrance of the gorges of Ardeche. The road (_le chemin de la Vernède_) that leads you to the campsite has its end ... at the campsite : no traffic for more quietness and security. The camp, created in 1981, has a magnificent vegetation and many trees to ensure a natural shade.

    we felt very comfortable, and most importantly, great attention was paid to cleanliness.

    Heerlijk rustige camping met erg goede service, goede faciliteiten op een erg mooi gelegen plek. Erqg veel leuke dingen te doen in de omgeving.

    Camping owner is very helpfull. Great personality both him and bar man. Pitches are good, hygiene of sanitair was at a good level

    Ufortunately not possible to improve: the camping at the other side of the river likes to play their spotift playlist every sunday evening. Ruins your sunday evening rest...

    Beautiful location, comfortable and complete mobile home, clean and tip top condition.

    Nice terrace with table, chairs and drying rack. The mobile home itself was completely outfitted with everything you might need. Everything was clean, complete and in working order. We very much enjoyed the air conditioning.

    There was nothing we did not like about the mobile home.

    Super camping; very clean sanitaire, nice pitches, friendly owner, bread service, snackbar, a terrace for some drinks of icecream, you can buy roasted chicken on thursday, you can jump in the river, there is a private beach. Everything you wish for on this small campsite!

    Cozy, family-friendly and quiet camping with a small private beach at the Ardéche river. The staff is very friendly and helped us out when we had a problem with the car. Thank you very much!

    A lot of trees enabled us to be in the shadow, while it was very hot. Clean toilets and showers.
