This spacious house includes a bright living room opening onto a terrace with pergola and access to a private swimming pool*. Its living room opens onto a modern kitchen equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave.
A hallway leads to two bedrooms, one of which has a 160 cm bed, a fitted dressing room and access to a second terrace; The second bedroom has two 90 cm beds that can be pushed together to make a single 180 cm bed and a fitted dressing room. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and electric shutters. A toilet with washbasin is independent of the bathroom with shower and sink.
Vehicles will be able to be parked under a lighted porch.
