FERME DE SIMONDON : Camping & Gîtes & Chambres d'Hôtes

Gîte equipped to accommodate 6 people. Located next to the sheepfold to enjoy the animals (sheep, donkeys), you benefit from a panoramic view of the Rhône Valley and the Vercors. Direct access to a private balcony facing the landscape. Large ground floor living room with open kitchen, central island with high stools, small lounge area, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC, heating with pellet stove. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, gas hob, hood, fridge and freezer, filter coffee maker and electric kettle, citrus press, blender, raclette grill. Upstairs, a large attic bedroom accommodates 8 single beds of 90 cm (possibility of bringing them together to make double beds). Beds equipped with mattress pads, pillows and duvets. NB: for hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to sleep on the beds. Think about your laundry! PLEASE NOTE: the gîte must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived. A pellet stove heats the cottage, with additional electricity if necessary. Access to the games room set up in the old barn (ping pong, table football, reading corner), the outdoor games area (pétanque court, football, swing, trampoline, etc.) and the heated swimming pool from mid-May to September (weather permitting). ARRIVALS: between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. DEPARTURES: before 10 a.m. for weekly rentals; before 6 p.m. for weekends Deposit of €300 requested on arrival (check, credit card)

    Très au calme, en pleine nature avec des gérants très accueillants.

    Comme à la maison avec une terrasse qui donne sur une vue magnifique avec les moutons et les ânes à côté.

    Acceuil chaleureux, gérants attentionnés, gîte très confortable, restaurant sur place, piscine propre et sécurisée, produits locaux disponibles en libre service et tarifs correctes.
